<h2>Orders & Cancellations</h2>
<p>Every Trinity Stuff piece is created exclusively for the person who orders it. The moment your order is confirmed, production begins — your piece is not sitting in a warehouse, it is being made for you specifically.</p><h3>Cancellation Policy</h3>
<p>Cancellations are only accepted immediately after placing your order. Once your piece enters production, we are unable to cancel or modify the order. To cancel, contact us immediately via Instagram DM <a href="https://instagram.com/trinityystuff">@trinityystuff</a>.</p><h2>Returns & Exchanges</h2>
<p>Because every Trinity Stuff piece is crafted exclusively for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference. Please refer to the size guide before ordering.</p><h3>We will make it right if:</h3>
<ul>
 <li>Item arrived damaged or torn</li>
 <li>Print quality is visibly defective</li>
 <li>Wrong item or size was sent</li>
 <li>Item is significantly different from the product listing</li>
</ul>
<p>Report any such issues within <strong>30 days</strong> of receiving your order with photos/video via Instagram DM or our contact page.</p><h3>We cannot accept claims for:</h3>
<ul>
 <li>Ordered wrong size</li>
 <li>Change of mind after order is placed</li>
 <li>Minor colour variations due to screen differences</li>
 <li>Items that have been worn or washed</li>
</ul><h2>Refunds</h2>
<p>If your claim is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within <strong>16–30 business days</strong> of approval. You will be notified as soon as it is initiated.</p>
<p>For COD orders, refunds are processed to a bank account provided by you at the time of the claim.</p><h2>Quality Commitment</h2>
<p>Every piece that carries the Trinity Stuff name is inspected before it reaches you. We are not a fast fashion brand — every drop is intentional, every piece is made to last. When in doubt about sizing, DM us before ordering and we'll guide you.</p><h2>Contact</h2>
